Below are some common questions awnsered.
Q: What type of Chocolate is used?
A: We only use the finest Belgium chocolate, milk, dark chocolate or white. the choice is yours.
Q: For how long will the fountain run?
A: The fountain will run for as long as is needed, our price is inclusive for the duration of your event.*
Q: Can we use the fountain outside?
A: Our trailer has been especially built with this in mind. The fountain cannot be used outside without the protection of the trailer unless you hire a marquee to house it.
Q: What dips are available?
A: Any dip can be used provided it doesn't crumble. When using the trailer there are four main dips:
Marshmallows, Bannana, Pineapple, Strawberrys and Mixed Fruit.
There is also a wide variety of dips which can be added to that.
Q: How far will you travel?
A: We are willing to travel up to 40miles from Chelmsford for the fountain hire, and will travel to most events for trailer hire.
